Scott Levy

Scott Levy is the Co-Founder of Two Nomads, a premier sports and entertainment advisory firm that leverages decades of international expertise to guide clients through complex challenges in tech, sports, entertainment, and web3. Operating nomadically, Scott brings a rare combination of corporate leadership, entrepreneurial vision, and global cultural fluency to early-stage companies, PE and VC firms, and consulting organizations navigating cross-border investments and strategic growth.

Ilene Levy is the Co-Founder of Two Nomads, where she brings over three decades of nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and community-building expertise to help clients design sustainable systems for growth and impact. Operating nomadically, Ilene specializes in guiding organizations—from early-stage ventures to established enterprises—through strategic transformation, governance excellence, and mission-driven leadership.

Our Story

Scott and Ilene spent more than 25 years working and living in London, New York and Hong Kong. After successfully guiding businesses, they were eager to find new ways to engage and contribute but with more flexibility than their existing obligations allowed. That is the genesis of Two Nomads – a lifestyle as well as a company.

The company is grounded in four basic values: Explore, Connect, Contribute and Grow. Ilene and Scott incorporate these values into their daily life, working with clients and through the non-profit Boards on which they both serve. Their intense curiosity and diverse experiences allow them to connect new ideas and work across contexts.

Scott and Ilene met at college but started dating while living in London. Their relationship was established around exploration and growth. They have now been to more than 40 countries together and raised their sons – Matthew and Joshua – living in New York and Hong Kong.

Our decision to visit Senegal began, as so many of our journeys do, with a simple “yes.” At the NBA All-Star Technology Summit, a conversation with Amadou Gallo Fall, President of the Basketball Africa League, sparked the idea. Encouraged by friends and colleagues already on the ground, we booked our tickets-knowing that every trip is a chance to build new relationships and discover new opportunities.
